This policy explains what information Liftoff Studios collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English on purpose.

Who we are
Liftoff Studios is a website and branding studio based in Sydney, Australia. You can reach us at hello@liftoffstudios.com.au or 0488 968 858.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and do the work:
- What you send us through our enquiry form or by email, phone or message: your name, business name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Project materials you give us so we can build your launch: logos, photos, text, and login details where you choose to share them.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to our hosting provider when you visit the site (such as IP address and page requests), used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not currently run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To plan, build and deliver your launch, and to support it afterwards if you take a care plan.
- To send you things directly related to your project (we do not sell or rent your details to anyone).
The services we rely on
To run the business we use a small number of trusted providers, and your information may pass through them:
- Web3Forms handles our enquiry form and passes your message to our inbox.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Google Workspace runs our email, and we may set up a Google Business Profile as part of your project.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site, which means Google may receive your IP address when fonts load.
Each of these has its own privacy terms. We only share what is needed for them to do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and tax obligations. Ask us anytime to delete information we no longer need.
Keeping it safe
This site is a simple static website with no customer logins or stored payment details, so there is little on the site itself to breach. We protect the accounts and inbox where your information lives with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. When payments are involved we use a reputable payment provider so card details never touch our systems.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email hello@liftoffstudios.com.au and we will sort it out. As an Australian business we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
