These terms cover using this website and the general basis on which Liftoff Studios works with you. The specifics of your project (scope, price and timing) are confirmed in writing before we start.

Quotes and packages
The package prices shown are starting prices for the standard scope and include GST. After a quick free call we confirm one flat price for your exact project in writing. That confirmed quote is what applies.
Deposit and payment
- We start work on a 50% deposit.
- The balance can be split into instalments by arrangement, agreed before we begin.
- Care plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel anytime, with no lock-in.
Our promise to you
- Unlimited revisions. We refine your brand and site until you genuinely love it.
- Live in 7 days or 10% off. For Starter and Growth launches, once you have given us everything we need (your content, photos and approvals), your site goes live within 7 days or we take 10% off the package price. The 7 days is counted from when we have what we need from you, not from the enquiry. Larger Pro builds and online stores are quoted with their own timeline.
- You own everything. On final payment, your domain, accounts and design files are yours, registered in your name, with no lock-in.
What we need from you
A launch is a team effort. To hit the timeline we need you to provide your content and feedback promptly and to have the right to use any logos, photos or text you give us. Delays in getting these to us pause the 7-day promise.
Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of everything you supply. Once your project is paid in full, the brand and website we create for you are yours to use and keep. We may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.
Care plans
Care plans cover ongoing hosting, updates and small changes as described for the plan you choose. They roll month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Cancelling a care plan does not affect your ownership of your site, domain and files.
Things outside our control
Some parts of a launch depend on third parties such as domain registrars, Google and hosting providers. We will always do our part quickly, but we cannot be responsible for delays or outages caused by those providers.
Liability
We take pride in our work and stand behind it. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
